    Maybe not to some,but a big deal to me!

    Today i pressed 115 for 5 reps,they were werent pretty reps but they were reps.. and im quite fuxin proud of myself

    Thanks guys!

    Its actually funny how such a dinky number can seem so huge.I wanted to hit 100 and when i hit it things seemed to stall,now all of sudden it was 105...a month later 115..

    I think i heard Spiney mention he was pressing 120.....im catchin up big man

    That is about what I do. I run from 55 to 65 I think, we mix things up each week, I'll actually pay attention to what she puts it on next week.

    i think that's great.. on the Uppertone? how do you put that much weight on?

    real good for c5-6 Canadian

    but the real test: how many wimpy budweisers can you curl


    im c6-7 in college was working out with 175, few surgeries, about 10 years later with little to no execrcise & lots of beers i went to a gym & could barely do 90lb actual weight 5 reps, not sure what i can do now my machine is electro magnetic it might say your doing 200 but in reality it maybe only about 120.

    in rehab i worked out with there uppertone, broke bolt on wchair back doing press, not sure how much weight, imo theres lot better machines out there for less $$
