    Seems easier to stretch but it's only been a few days.
    The tone is just so bad. A strap won't help Mem. Pushing with all my might doesn't help so the only way to get a strap tight enough would be dangerous.
    If you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.


    Sometimes it is easier to widen doors than it is to open minds.

    I have similar problems with my feet and ankles. My right foot turns out and points down like a ballerina---LOL--- my toes curl up like monkey feet. I have found botox shots in legs and feet help reduce the extreme tightness. I wear KFO all day from the knees down and night braces to keep my feet from pointing down at night.
    This helps -- however my tone got worse as the injury aged - I was injured in 2002- t-12 & L2 - My tone increased tremendously after a year or so-- the weather also increases tone in feet and legs. Good Luck- are you on baclofen - this helps alittle.

    Baclofen helps but it makes me so tired.
