At about 500mls, I start feeling ad-ish. I don't know how much I hold before I pee myself, as the pee's not in a bag then. And I'm asleep most of the times that happens.

    I have a flaccid bladder.

When I was first injured, I'd never really leak--I'd feel it at about 500cc but wouldn't leak even if I were up to 900cc. A few weeks ago I started having accidents and can only hold about 400cc or so. I also found that I can tickle the small of my back and that would start a stream of pee.

i cath every 5-7 hours, and i cath right before i sleep and right after i wake up. sometimes i cath in the middle of the night. i can feel when i need to go.

i usually get between 200-500ccs everytime i cath. i get ad (but not usually) at around 700-800, but i've never leaked from ad so far. the most i've ever held at one time was 1300ccs.

Thank God, I have never AD´d. I used to leak between 400-500. I swithched to 10 mg of ditropan a day instead of 4 mg of Detrol, and now the trigger point is erratic, but better than 400-500, which as we know is not necessarily the best thing. But it is so cool not to have accident paranoia.

Usually I start getting signs of AD around 600cc, BUT I can be very erratic, I have sometimes had very high volumes (800-1200) without any signs of AD. I only leak with a UTI and a high volume (over 600 after leaking). Usually no AD then either. Go figure. Most was 1200. I cath every 6-7 hours during the day, just before sleep, and when waking up.
