    I need some range of motion diagrams/instructions, anyone?

    Hello everyone! I was trying to find range of motion charts to help my stretching of my lower body, glutes/hamstring/grastroc/etc. I use to have a really nice one but i lost it! If anyone has any diagrams/instructions please link them! thank you!

    C-5, 6 SCI. Took about 6 months to walk. Walking full time. Without any assistance since Nov. 2003 and will make a full recovery

    Hi all,

    Hopefully in a few weeks we will have completed the upgrade to physiotherapyexercises.com. We have several hundred more exercises ready with lots of new features.

    For example
    -- Ability to export to word/excel.
    -- Ability to save your exercise booklets online so you can refer back to them
    -- Ability to edit the exercise text for your booklets.

    The new site is so much much faster too, very excited about getting it out there and seeing what response we get.
