    Titanium reject


    Five years ago when i had my fixation on C4 to C7, i ad a reject, they ad to remove it,after 60 days, in futur if i have a new one, whit kind of fixation i should have ?

    coolbab64, I am not sure that I understand. I have not heard of anybody who has "rejected" a titanium device. While 60 days is a little early, it should be sufficient to allow fusion and bone formation. It has been five years and you should be stable. Other metals are available, of course, but most of the commercial devices that are being marketed have had non-ferric titanium alloys because they are strong and do not interfere with MRI. Let us hope that you will not need a new fixation. Wise.
