what's the best way to build chest muscles?

I am a c-5 quad and want to try to reverse my chest muscles from atrophing. Has anyone tried stim units or anything else out there that I am not aware of?

At c5, how much arm do you have?
Are you able to do a fly? Rolling up to this thing might work:

I have very good movement with strong shoulders and biceps, but being a c5 level I am unable to contract my chest muscles. I have tried flies and not working for me so hopefully there is something else out there.

hm...that makes it tough. I don't see why u couldn't stim your pecs, its a pretty big muscle, use the long 1.5 x 3.0 inch ones and see what happens. make sure you watch for electrical burn though, if its getting super red, take those bad boys off. It will help if you already have some meat under the skin in the chest area.

I think you have to be careful in using an e-stim on your pecs because you could disrupt your heart rhythm. I myself wouldn't even try it with mine. It's not worth stopping your heart, actually I think there was a warning on the instructions not to try it just for that reason.
