Thread: Overstock.com's cancellation policy

    Overstock.com's cancellation policy

They have none. How did I find out?

Me the impulsive shopper went and bought a refurbished
32" HDTV DVD combo TV last night for $1600 with a two year
warranty. Well I have to pay for a Tra out of pocket and my apartment is still getting done and I would only get it for friggen Eagles games anyway so...

When I changed my mind today I went online, found the number from the website, dialed and then found (while ringing) that to keep prices low THEY DON'T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS!!!!

    Think quick Joe....
    THEM: "Welcome to Overstock"
ME: "Yes, I just found out that last night my fifteen year-old son
went online with my credit card and made a purchase....."
THEM: "No problem Mr. NoDecaf, we will take care of that for you..."

Hey, after ten years of retail, you better know all the angles.

Great move, Joe. I guess you're not such a bad boy any more; you took yourself out of Members Only.

That's the thing. It was a refurbished item. I knew I wasn't crazy about that when I bought it. You mean no one can change their mind about that? Definetly facist.
    They better rethink that aspect.
