Any suggestions for either of these sorts of pain? I've been injured 19 years and am now starting to experience shoulder pain from pushing, I assume.

The elbow pain is more like a tendonitis, I think. It's on the inner crease of my arm there at the elbow area and it hurts like hell when I try to lift my leg in transfers, etc... I think I must have injured it recently.

But about the shoulder pain...is a different motion good or bad for that pain? Such as a hand bike motion?
