    Great music in the UK

One of my favorite singer songwriters, Ellis Paul, is including the UK in his spring tour. Thought you might like to check him out. And he’s got many sites stateside as well. If you go, tell him I sent you.

…But I realize I am still a few weeks away from disclosing my name. So tell him his stunningly beautiful, locomotively challenged East Coast fan sent you. If he guesses me right, you’ll know because it will make you laugh.

Great recommendation. We went to see him in Chicago in a really cool, small venue. One of the best concerts I've been to.

I will check him out online - no concerts listed near me in uk. Careful recommending music to Keps - she's a Caustic Tune Nazi

    The 1995 self-tittled Elastica

    It's in my CD changer.

singin_intherain - I can't get the video clips to play properly. They sound all garbled.
But I have a feeling I may not be a fan...But you never know.

Eurgh...sorry, I'm stuffing my face with Japanese sweets, and I've just popped a weird tasting one in my mouth.

Rhino - wherever do you get that idea?

Mmmm, actually I grew to love the sweet. Who'd have guessed?

Any self respecting sweet fan should be familiar with Cybercandy -

The Japanese sweets I find the best.
They used to have these sour ones that really hurt, but they've run out.
I just had a consignment of sweets today.
As well as the Japanese ones, I got some Finnish salty liquorice ones. They were a bit rank.

The packaging of the Japanese products is sumptuous. Much more interesting and imaginative than that in the UK.
I can't understand a word, but it sure looks great.
