    sad day lost my dog

I am so sad. My little dog Reba was hit by a car on Friday. They didn't even stop. Here she was sleeping on my daughter's bed.
If you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.

My younger sister's dog, a beautiful shepard bitch, was killed right in front of me by a van going too fast. It didn't stop either.

I think that's more the rule that not.

    Sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry. Our pets truly become like family and it's heartwrenching to lose them especially so quickly. Your dog was precious and I'm sorry for the pain this has caused you and yours. Give your little daughter a hug for me.

That breaks my heart. So sorry.

Why don't they have a better name than dog? Like best-most-loyal-loving-friend-on-God's-green-earth?

Very sorry to hear that. Maybe a little pup would help you folks
    through this.

When Jake died, we planted a bush that we call Jake Tree. Jake Tree has, somehow, survived all the hurricanes over the past two years. Jake was the best darn dog in the whole wide world! Jake Tree is a wonderful, every day, reminder of him. I have such fond memories when I prune and feed Jake Tree. I'm so very sorry for your loss. Please, plant something that will bring you fond memories.

Thanks everyone. I knew you'd understand. I rescued her from the pound, at least I saved her from there. She was the best natured dog I'd ever had.
