Using ChinaSCINET as Clinical Trials Resource

This is just a thought but since one of the major issues of getting promising treatments approved is the cost of clinical trials would it be feasible to allow a commercial company to test their treatments using the ChinaSCINET? Obviously there are issues to be work out here (payments, royalties to ChinaSCINET) but would this make sense? Could this help companies like Genron, Neuraxo etc.. get their treatments approved faster and could this be used as a revenue source for ChinaSCINET in the event some of these treatments get approved ?
    Any thoughts Dr. Young?

The goal of ChinaSCINet is to test the most promising therapies from all sources, commercial or academic. The most difficult phase is now, at the very beginning when we are resource-challenged and lack proof that we can carry out rigorous and rapid clinical trials. We are discussing possible clinical trials with several companies and considering many options. While the network is planning its first clinical trials based on feasibility, resources, and deliverables, the network will have the capability to carry out several clinical trials in parallel. This should help accelerate clinical trials of combination therapies.

Wow, key words: most promising, several companies, clinical trials in parallel, accelerate clinical trials.

Thanks that information Dr. Young. It's sounds like you are covering all the bases.
