i have a bike that i roll up to . genia straps my feet in and i cycle for 1/2 hr to an hr.it feels so good. i can feel my legs up and down. i think about moving them as they move. its great for my arms. my question i am not getting much return sci 5/2001 but i would think i would get some muscle back, but my thighs are just plain fat.
when i was in the beyond theraphy at shephards my quads were flickering
hip flexors to. i am buying a fes bike as soon as we move but wondering what
the others do to keep thighs from being so fat. i am c6c7

any ideas
