    non-narcotic pain treatments

Does anyone know of any non-narcotic pain treatments? The spasticity and spasms I keep getting my feet, legs, and hips is extremely painful. The only trouble is that I can't take narcotic pain medicine due to gastroparesis. Tylenol and Advil don't cut it anymore, and I can't find any other medicine that isn't a narcotic for pain.

catnip tea can help with spasticity. chamomile or other mint tea blends nicely with catnip. Both catnip and chamomile have mild anti spaz properties.

other than that, medical weed. that is all I know of.

Thanks! My main caregiver is really into alternative medicine, so I'll ask her about the different herbs for teas.
