    Spinal Surgery

I have an occasional pop in my lower back and was wondering, if anything did ever break then what are the options. To have a rod implanted or some glue to hold things together.

How invasive would recovery be also. My paralysis was caused by a c-6 injury.

"Pops" are not unusual. Read the thread (search) on osteoporosis, osteopenia and the recent discussions about Calcium & Vit D supplements(1200 to 1500 mg a day), bone density testing, Fosamax, and others such as sprays etc.. such as Miacalcin to help ensure that the bones stay as healthy and strong as possible to prevent unnecessary fractures - anywhere.
