    nine resumes since May, I finaly scored an interview!!!

    I graduated in May with a degree in architecture. I have my own residential design company but would like to have a constant source of income. After nine resumes to various companies looking for individuals with my quals, I finaly have an interview!!!!

    Before your interview, I'd practice a lot on some of the questions you may be asked. And you need to decide what if anything to say about your disability.
    If they don't know you're disabled, I wouldn't tell them until you roll into the room.
    That seems to be the best approach from experience.

    Congratulations Patrick. May this be the start of lots of good things to come!
    Start designing some great disabled friendly works of art!
    I'm working at a a publishing company right now that puts out architectural materials - I think its an exciting field. Very compelling.

    Patrick, I used to place people in jobs...always told my candidates to say, "I want this job, I know I can do it!" to the prospective interviewer. That is, if you decide you like the place/your duties, etc. My candidate was usually the one hired...Why,,,employer called me, said he was the only one
    I interviewed who actually asked for the job!....they liked that about him.
