Today is National Fax-In Day to alert your legislators to the urgent need for passage of the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Act. This is one of the most important things you can do to help your own cause - a cure! Faxing Tip: Most Windows PC's have Fax Services as an option in the Print Box, but it may not be installed. To install, go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. From there go to Windows Components on the left, click and look for Fax Services. On some computers you may have to look in Microsoft Office or Microsoft Word. Once you find the utility, go ahead and add it. Once your document is composed you can select Fax in the Print drop-down menu, then you will be prompted to enter phone number, etc. As long as you have a modem and phone line connected, you can then fax from your computer.

The Fax-In Day will be followed by a National Call-In Day in one week on October 19. These activities are supported by the Christopher Reeve Foundation, Miami Project, Research For Cure, and Unite 2 Fight Paralysis, where you can find letter templates, contact info, etc.
