    My happiness is...

--riding around in the pimpstress van with all the window down/open, music blasting, and the wind blowing my hair around....and not caring about anything else.

    --being loved.

--laughing just because it feels good.

--getting a 95% on my trig test!!!!!

    --mom's homemade chicken noodle soup.

--being myself & not apologizing for it!

    What's yours?
    If there is light
    it will find
    you

The trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same. ~ Don Juan Matus
We are Virginia Tech… We must laugh again… No one deserves a tragedy… We are strong, and brave, and innocent, and unafraid…We are better than we think and not quit what we want to be…We are the Hokies…We will prevail, we will prevail, we will prevail. We ARE Virginia Tech! ~ Nikki Giovanni

    My happyness is

Seeing people here like you Carrie be happy, your post made me feel that way, you have your whole life ahead of you, choosing happyness rather than sadness is the way to go. You have done so great with things.

Setting up a new disabled sailing program I am working on, "the Curt Leatherbee Access Sail Foundation" We are in the process of getting new martin sailboats that will be available to everyone with Disabilities. I love seeing the happyness in people sailing, especially their first time sailing. We will have servo equipt boats for high level quads so everybody can sail, not just paras.

Riding my handcycle on a cool crisp fall day as the leaves are changing with my two best friends on their handcycles.

Hanging out with all my disabled friends.

Talking to friends on the computer.

Thinking about all that life holds ahead.
