Anyone know of a device that hooks onto fore arm crutches in snow?

Hello everyone, I rely on my forearm crutches to get my wheelchair in and out of the car and somtimes I walk to different places too. But when winter comes i'm going to be in trouble. Is there any type of device, like this one:

This one says it can't be any bigger then 1.5 inches or somthing, the rubber part of my crutch is at least 3 to 4 inches wide. Anyone know of anything that has helped them? THanks.

I don't know of anything, but reading the description, it says "with screws provided". Sooo...what I'm thinking is maybe, you could order one, put in longer screws & try it out on your crutches. If it doesn't work out, then you could replace the original screws & send it back, no-harm done, test completed before the snowy weather approaches you. This is just my thoughts and .02 but I hope it might work out for you. Let us all know what you figure out.
