    looks good

    it would enable a good aerobic workout for me to hand bike without
    leaning forward(my lower back pain)

    My son uses one at RIM(the bench type). The theory is that is "retrains" the body in reciprocal motion. It WILL require assistance to get in and out of, and they don't show that you have to have add'l (homemade) leg straps if you have no leg muscles. Does it work? Maybe. My son's shown a lot of progress since he's been at RIM, but it's hard to place credit on a particular device or exercise.Invented by a Swiss doctor to help his wife who has (had?, don't know) MS.

    Alex, I just saw, as I posted the message, that you are in Hamilton. Perhaps you could arrange a walkthrough at RIM and see it in motion. In downtown Detroit.
