Wounded veteran begins wheelchair journey across Vietnam
A veteran confined to his wheelchair after the war began his first trans-Viet journey from his hometown of Tran Vinh in the Mekong Delta province of the same name.
Le Tai Anh, a double leg amputee, dubbed his journey ‘The achievement of the Ho Chi Minh Trail’. He’ll make the journey on his home-made wheelchair, with support from public buses, traveling the country with stops at war martyrs’
