    body temp?

    what is the average body temp for a quad ?? mine will run anwhere from 93 up to this normal ?

    I believe your "normal" range will the same as an AB normal range. However, quads with no thermoregulation ability (sweating, shivering) will tend to assume the temperature of the surrounding environment (e.g. not accounting for hot/cold protection), just like a reptile. The heat is a real problem. Your temp can rise quickly and severely if your core cannot maintain 98.6 in the face of the heat you're in. So while an AB can remain 98.6 more or less in the sun, you can be way above that.

    I guess the long and short of it is to protect yourself while out in the elements.
