Teenager Paralysed after Trampoline Accident

A teenager was paralysed after an accident on a trampoline, it was revealed today.

Kenny Beck, 19, from Liverpool, is in a critical condition after falling awkwardly while playing on a trampoline in a friend's back garden.

He severed his spinal cord and is in a critical condition in hospital following the accident last Friday.

His family say they fear the talented artist may never walk again or even be able to draw.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents said incidents such as this were on the increase.

Roger Vincent, a spokesman for the organisation, said: "We known of at least four serious accidents this year involving trampolines.
