    ? about breakthrough pain meds

    I'am currently taking Loratab (750 mg)for breakthrough pain. My question is, is there any stronger pain medications stronger than the one I'm on? I've tried a form of Percot(Roxicet) that didn't help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Would stronger dosage if it exists help?
