i found i can trigger my neuropain,
for instance my toes dont move , they hang down, i was strretching my calf and wrapped a climbing sling around my toes to stretch them back, i felt the pain big time that night,,, also by manipulation of my big toe, was able to trigger the neuro pain sensation of the big toe being cut and split between toe 1 and 2 . but i got the got the pain instateously , usually its a couple hours before i feel it .
