    Say Dr. Wise,

Have been reading a lot lately about nociceptive pain lingering in people with CP. The interventional radiologists are doing large numbers of blocks on the medial branch of the posterior division of the dorsal rami, heading right at the pillar of the articular facets, or even into the joint itself. They also are doing intraforaminal blocks of the ant and post divisions, but this carries risk of getting picked up by vessel and causing vasospasm with damage to cord (paralysis) or seizures if it gets into vertebral artery and goes to brain. Have you had much experience with this. It apparently became legitimate when they started doing it under CT fluoroscopy. I think a lot of us have site of injury pain that is not neuropathic.
