    Golf Cart....

Anyone ever adapt a golf cart with hand controls? I'm thinking of buying my spouce a golf cart to use around the farm instead of the Jazzy Chair. Thoughts...?

    Resources

    Here is some information:

    http://www.ncaonline.org/golf/golfcars.htm

Keep in mind that these must be transported by a trailer (not lift) so she would be restricted to only using it at home, and not sure how tip-resistant they are. I am not sure that the Jazzy would be the best comparison as far as features. The transfer could also be a problem for some.

if you are getting a regular two seater golf cart you dont have to worry about tipping. My neighbor has a gas powered one and his 7 year old plays in it. She is dangerous but has not rolled.......yet.
We have a local guy that builds them for Nascar. He has 4X4 ones and low rider ones. Im sure you can find one that will suit your needs.

Do you have an OVR near by? If your livelyhood is the farm they should help with a scooter. They have offered so much to me, I hope they are like that other places.
