From our searchable database of accessible travel resources at http://www.EmergingHorizons.com

They rent accessible vans in Paris and the surrounding area, but I don't recommend driving n Paris. The traffic is horrible. The drivers aren't much better (and I'm from California). The same company can provide a driver/guide for sightseeing and airport transfers which is the way I would go.

    The Metro is not accessible.

"Access in Paris" is pretty dated.

CNRH (national diability org) does have some access info available -- i don't have the link off the tip of my toungue here but just do a search for France on the EH website and it will come up.
