What do you mean by "frankel B"? Are you incomplete? Because fuente is incomplete and is not a functional C-4/5. He at least functions as a strong C-6, and there are big differences in function between C-4, C-5 and C-6.

I don't mean to discourage you. I just think fuente calling himself a C-4/5 is very misleading for those who don't know he's incomplete. Your injury level is not necessarily your functional level. For example, I fractured C-4 and C-5 (mostly C-5, burst fracture) but my functional level is C-6 ASIA B (I am incomplete in regards to sensation).

In order to better help you, others here would need to know how functional you are. Do you have wrist extension (C-6)? Can you do any transfers independently? Etcetera.

    yes, i'm incomplete

    I don't have a good wrist extension...I have some triceps...but also very weak.. (I'm not sure it's triceps about....but i'll make a photo and i'll show u).

    I can't transfer myself....at all, and I don't have a good equilibrium.
The 'biggest' thing I can do it's to move my legs from floor up to wheelchair and reverse
