does anybody make a lift that would be for in the home. I've seen those 'bottoms up bars'. but, they would be just as straining as my current method.
I'm a bit of a klutz. so, I've perfected the floor-to-bed self lift. but, it is exhausting, straining, and I'm sure it's bad on my skin.
I love getting on the floor to stretch and do misc things. but, it's such a pain to get back up. any solutions?
