How much do you pay for Health Insurance?

I'm just curious because I pay 44/month (Canadian) for provincial insurance and then 60/month for extended coverage through Blue Cross to cover dental, vision, ambulance, perscription etc.

One of the disadvantages of being self-employed and over 50. And in California
    to boot.
I have shopped every source known to man.
If you find one of the same quality cheaper
PLEASE let me know. Thanks for the thought.

$190.00/month for the family. This is a retirement benefit for the company my husband worked for for 25 yrs. If it means we have to eat beans, rice and ketchup all month, this premium gets paid!
