My adjustable bed won't function! HELP!

Last night my Simmons adjustable bed stopped functioning while the head was up. We tried new batteries in the remote etc. but nothing. I spent a very uncomfortabl night on my husbads twin bed while he tied to sleep on mine. What a pain in the ass(and back, and shoulder, and hip). I hope I can get it working today....there has to be another way, other than the remote, to operate it.

Check to make sure the wires are not too tight. If they are on my bed they pull loose/apart when the head of the bed raises, which breaks the circut. My bed is a different brand than yours but the same problem could occur. Push the plugs together at all attachment points. This is where they pull apart. The wires should be loose enough to move with the bed but not hanging down where they can get caught on things.
