When you consider the ASPCA and PETA were established to look after the abuse of animals while our system of laws were established to protect our rights as well as animals, whose rights are protected more? Do the police protect the rights of the disabled to have specific parking spots to allow access to buildings or do they ignore our rights and refuse to ticket illegally parked cars? On the other hand, I know if you don't license your dog, they will pay someone to come to your door to check to see if you still own the dog. Whose rights are they more concerned about and what is policed more, parking or pets?
