    Sorry. No roids for me. Very consistent and expanded plan. Weights DO a ton. If you stop, all effort put into where you go to, eventually will disappear. You cannot stop for long period of time. You can build tone as well as size. Eventually you need plan to lengthen muscle and redo tone. These things do NOT happen in 6 months. I lift weights 2 hr/day 5 day/week and nearly 50 yo.
