Anyone have advice on bumpiness in my perineal area?

I first noticed bumpiness in July 2017 and it has never gone away. You cannot see it, it is only obvious by feeling that area. Recently it has drained from a small pencil tip sized hole several times. It is not in a boney area but between the scrotom and left ischial.

I have used the same Jay 2 style of gel cushion for 37 yrs and i'm a T4 complete.

And when i say bumpiness, its lumps under the skin. I'd say about 4 of them about the size and shape of flattened grapes but harder consistency than grapes.

    Any thoughts/advice is welcome!

Go to zPCP or a dermatologist.
You cn wash well and try hydrocortizone which you can buy over the counter.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

Ah, no one has mentioned lymph nodes yet. I'll run that past my care team! We did rule out foliculitis already.
