    X box adaptive gaming

Hi all, I'm researching adaptive gaming, mostly to play sports games on the X Box console. So I'm considering purchasing the Xbox One S console, along with the Xbox adaptive controller, and the Logitech adaptive gaming kit. However, I can't seem to find a controller unit that I could operate with a goalpost type setup.

They are proud of that U handle. Some of the "therapy plastic" (don't know what is called) I had for hand splints would be my thoughts for making one.

Wish I could find something for my hands/fingers. Can't do the A, W, S, D, keys or buttons on joystick.

This looks like it might have some potential. Dunno how it works or how the buttons are mapped etc but it's something!
