    Is this site "Not Secure"?

I've noticed that at the top of this site on my computer it says Not Secure - sci.rutgers.edu

This has not always been there and I'm not sure when it appeared. Please comment/explain. Is this site really Not Secure? Or is it something to do with my computer?
    Thanks for any information.

Nothing has changed on this site to cause that. Depending on which browser you use, this message can appear on all http connections. E.g. Apple added this message to all non-encrypted http connections in March of 2019 on their Safari browser. Chrome does it too, but I dunno since when. It's not an issue, really, just letting you know the connection your device is making to Carecure web server is not encrypted. It can also show up for encrypted connections (https) with invalid or otherwise not working SSL certificate installation. Shouldn't be a problem for this site, at all.
