    Pressure relief

I'm sure it's been discussed many times but how often should I lift up to relieve pressure? Thank you!

It is recommended to be done every 15 minutes, or more often.

They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. 15 minutes for how long? 1 minute? 15 seconds? 30 seconds? How long does it take for capillary refill?

I was taught 20 minutes on 20 seconds off, your butt.

I don't do timed weight shifts, but I'm constantly lifting my butt (on varying sides) momentarily to help relieve my nerve pain. But I primarily use a powerchair which makes that easier.

I have found nerve pain (and tightness) to be my prime motivator for pressure lifts also.

I think I'm pretty active and just wiggly-assed!
I am forever rocking or wiggling around in the chair, and I have frequent groin pains the invite movement.
I think maybe it's my numb dick trying to reassert it's attention
