NL, I am so very sad to hear this. GJ’s profound and reverent love for you was forever apparent and inspiring, and I am so very glad you shared your lives together. I hope knowledge of all you clearly were to him brings you a bit of peace and comfort.

    Dear NL,

    Thank you for the information.

I have ready many of GJ's posts over a number of years on this forum. His intelligence, great writing, courage and helpfulness was inspiring. He helped me specifically in how to manage recurring UTIs, for example by having a bunch of culture orders on hand.

Although he rarely addressed it explicitly, it was clear that the bond between you and him transcended the challenges of SCI.

    My condolences.

I haven't had much association with GJ but the sentiment remains true.

50 years of mutual love and support will help greatly with finding the courage to travel this life; more specially as SCI.
Thank you for the telling NL. Farewell GJ, travel safe.
    Arohanui.

Very, very sad. His posts reflected years of hard knocks experience and were chock full of useful info. One valuable lesson that I bet he would like us to remember: Have your medical directive in place and make sure all your loved ones know your wishes. RIP.

I know, it's awful. I feel for NL with all my heart and hope she has a network of friends where she lives. Can't get used to not seeing gjnl when I click on New Posts.
