    Those pants with the higher back are great as long as the material stays in place. But when the material moves out of place they bunch up worse than standard pants because there is more material.

    Have you tried M-Tailor? They claim to provide more accurate fit than a tailor.

    Augie doggie, no I have not tried M-Tailer. Like I said before, I have been getting jeans and dress pants from Wheelchair jeans for many many years. They just recently changed their name to Wheelchair apparel. I get a very long zipper in the front so I can catheterize myself, two pockets in the front and none in the back, with a higher rise in the back. They charge around $110 for each pair of pants.
