Activity Based Recovery Center - Therapy

If you are looking for extra therapy and not getting the intense workout you are looking for during traditional physical therapy please check out the list below. All of these facilities are staffed with exercise physiologist and even some PT's. These facilities have been trained to work with clients that have SCI, TBI, STROKE, MS, CP, and any other neurological disorder. Some of these facilities have top of the line equipment such as robotic gait training, FES units, NuSteps, standing frames and more.

Comment below if you need help finding an appropriate facility that is close to you

Please complete your profile. If you have a financial stake in any of these post-acute exercise programs, you need to make that clear in your profile. You didn't include any links in your post either.
The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.
