    6-6-6

So I've read a lot of Dr. Wise Young's papers on exercise with the eventual stem cell therapy.

He mentions 6 hours a day, 6 days a week.

I don't know about you guys, but I do about 20 minutes on the treadmill and I can't move for 2 hours

Im fortunate to be able to ambulate for very short distances. But 6 hours a day? Might as well ask me to run the New York City marathon

It takes several months for the patients to work up to 6 hrs per day, 3, in morning, 3 in afternoon.

I'm willing to do it if there's a light at the end of the tunnel. But you have to be careful not to overdo it, which is what I think I did. I used to ambulate with braces and crutches. My injury is T7-8 complete, so all my body weight went right to my shoulders. Doing that didn't do my shoulders any favors. This was under supervision of physical therapy not just my own doing. Gotta be careful. I'm sure Dr Wise Young is more in tune with our needs than the random PT. But still, you gotta be careful.
