Its a bit more complicated, but you will want to find someone who know what there doing.

You should be starting with your local adaptive equipment driving evaluator to come up with what will work.

They will also know who could help with the installation of the driving equipment.

A reduced diameter steering wheel will make it harder (more effort needed) to operate the steering wheel.

In some cases zero effort or reduced effort steering along with a reduced diameter steering wheel and or column extension is needed.
