Is there a medical university there? ( I am sure there is)Hospital /urologists associated with that would most likely have the most experience with SCI. Most hospitals now have a website and "Find a Doctor"/ Even though SCI may not be listed - usually neurogenic voiding dysfunction or something like that. But you could call office and inquire.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.
