Anyone from Florida who receives Medicaid aware of this case? There's a few different articles out there about this gentleman's fight for rights via ACLU.

The original article is from 2008 - I haven’t been able to find an update on the Boyd case, but I know a couple of quadriplegic folks in Dade county who have waiver services allowing them live in the community, in one case with significant PCA support.
