    I just found out that church is exempt from ada that's wrong

    Well, that is partially true. While religious organizations are exempt from Title III of the ADA (Public Accommodations), if they have 15 employees or more, Title I (Employment) does apply to them. Many churches/synagogues/mosques/temples do adhere to ADA standards though, by their own choosing. Here is a good explanation of this;

    Were you aware that the ADA also does not cover Federal buildings or facilities either? There are other federal regulations and laws similar to the ADA that do cover such facilities.
