    You have one of the most famous wheelchair people in the world in Canada: Rick Hanson. I believe he had a foundation there. You might check with them. https://www.rickhansen.com/

    In most major medical centers with trauma there are plastic surgeons who have experience with SCI. That is what she needs.

They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

    They seem to take plastic/reconstructive surgery pretty seriously there. I also checked and they indeed do flap procedures.
