Hi, does anyone know of a way to find out if one has ever received SSI? I'm trying to determine if when I was initially injured 24+ years ago if I did. My parents have passed, and I don't have any records available to check.

I would think they would have that in your Social Security login pages...?
T3 complete since Sept 2015.
Couldn't find anything there.
There would be a record on https://secure.ssa.gov/RIL/SiView.action assuming you had a social security number when injured.
