I emailed the suppliers in Denmark, and they confirmed that these are the ones you need:

    https://www.amazon.com/Shielded-Bearing-R8ZZ-inch-Bearings/dp/B002BBGXZM

    R8ZZ 1/2 x 1 1/8 x 5/16 inch

Tab down on Gordys's link to "Customers who viewed this item also viewed". Notice the same size comes in a variety of options. I would get sealed bearings, the ones with the black rings. And by the way you would be better off to get new caps to cover the fork stems to keep water and salts etc out of that area.

I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.
