    Power chair wheel gears

I have a quickie freestyle chair. My wheel gears are slipping. I can get them off eBay used, but I am wondering if I can just replace the gear verses having to buy the whole wheel assembly and gear box?

Not following what you're referring to as far as "wheel gears" but I'm not familiar with that chair, either. Typically, the drive system is a motor/gearbox assembly. There is a company that rebuilds them, named Eurton Electric in CA. eBay is another great option, as well as Liberty Mobility in RI.

PS: post a pic, or diagram

I looked at images, that chair just uses the same ole motor/gearbox configuration. It's kind of obvious, but still going to mention making sure that your motor(s) are not in freewheel mode, or perhaps partially.
