Driven an adapted minivan for years; need new car insurance plan. Advice?

Hey quad drivers: I was in my first accident last Winter (lost traction on the freeway on a snowy day), and my insurance rate per month just went up $86 from $105/mo to now $191/mo for full coverage on a '06 Dodge Grand Caravan. I think I'll just switch to liability-only. Any advice on how to talk to my agent or possibly insurance company recommendations?

I am currently w/ Safeco. Thx in advance guys!

I have had USAA insurance for decades due to my veteran status. They have widened membership criteria in recent years and if you have family with military history you may be eligible. They are highly ethical and non-profit and cover many disabled veterans.

I look for new insurance every 6 months when it comes due. Keeps my premiums low.
